Meet Dr. Nidia Diaz.

I’m Dr. Nidia Diaz, a Florida-licensed Acupuncture Physician serving Tampa Bay near Hyde Park, Downtown Tampa and South Tampa. My work brings together a love of traditional healing, a curious mind, and a straightforward belief: good care starts with listening.

I help patients seeking support for pain, stress, sleep concerns, and vitality through personalized acupuncture and, when appropriate, complementary approaches such as cupping and herbal medicine. My approach considers your daily habits, health history, and goals…not just the symptom that brought you through the door.

My work has been featured by The New York Times, Channel 8, The Daily Mail, The Guardian, and even Ripley’s Believe it or not!

I welcome patients on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Tampa Pain MD in Hyde Park, with private and semi-private appointment options.

My Approach

My approach begins with a deep respect for acupuncture…an ancient healing practice that continues to inform modern approaches to pain and well-being.

As a Florida-licensed Acupuncture Physician, I combine traditional knowledge with thoughtful clinical assessment to offer personalized, opioid-free care. I take time to understand your symptoms, health history, and daily life, tailoring treatment to your needs and goals.

Whether you’re seeking pain relief, support for stress and sleep, or improved vitality, my aim is to help you feel heard, understand your options, and take an active role in your care.

Care Built Around You

Your health history, daily life, and goals shape every visit. I take time to listen, explain your options, and tailor your acupuncture care to what matters most to you—whether that’s moving more comfortably, sleeping better, or feeling more like yourself. Together, we review your progress and adjust your care as your needs evolve.

Your Goals Matter

What would feeling better make possible for you? More restful nights, greater comfort at work, or renewed confidence in your everyday life? We start with what matters to you, set realistic goals together, and use your progress to guide each step of your care.
